Booking:

To help you best organize your stay with us, we have pre-booked several rooms in two different hotels in Luxembourg city. Each hotel has its own way to book a room at a fixed rate for the symposium and they are described below.
/!\ REMARKS /!\ The prizes for the rooms we have secured are not necessarily the cheapest. Booking on your own might sometimes be cheaper. Hotels in Luxembourg justify this difference due to the canceling security we have for the rooms.
The hotel listed below are those we have corporate prices with, but there are other hotels in Luxembourg.
Notably, there is a hostel very close to the venue and some additional hotels such as Ibis in Belval (where the university is located) only 30minutes away from Luxembourg city by train (Public transport is free in Luxembourg)

Hotel 1 – Parc Plaza

Price: 160€ in a comfort room, single occupancy / 180 € in a comfort room, double occupancy (2 people).

Hotel 2 – Simoncini

Price: 110€.
